Ezonian Heirarchy

The Royal Family: The Royal Family is very important, but mostly to the public. They are the descendants of those who originally founded Ezon. They hold little power beyond public inspiration and acting as a figure head for the country, but they are still treated with extreme importance. The title of Emperor always goes to the first born son or the man married to the blood relative of the actual descendant. The wife is known as an Empress. The children are known as Princes and Princesses.

The Military: The Military is ran by the Shogun. The Shogun leads the Daimyo, which are the leaders of armies in Ezon. These armies consist of both samurai and ninja that protect Ezon and its people. There is one Daimyo for each island in Ezon. The Shogun choose the Daimyo, but only showing your skill in battle, your tactical prowess, and loyalty to Ezon will grant you the title Shogun. This is the one job and power that the Royal Family still has. The Emperor chooses the Shogun, which is always male.
