Personality: Elysia is incredibly curious about the world around her. Her father did not let her mingle with humans, and so she did not get to deal with them much. It was quite a shame, as she would have wanted to know how the primitive people who once worshipped her kind. Her father would tell her bedtime stories of how her people ruled like gods, but he never told her why they fell from grace. It was always "a story for another night." Elysia wanted to see how cute they were, and how helpless. It's still a thing she wants to do, but now she has to get Ciara's permission to even get out. It's annoying, but she lives with it. Elysia has found many picturebooks to read.

Elysia isn't naïve. Naïvety implies she's innocent and trusting. Elysia is anything but trusting. She's suspicious of most people, thanks to Ciara and her father. Elysia simply is ignorant of the current, modern world. Her mind still thinks that humans are cattle, and she could eat one without remorse. However, she doesn't know a lick about Arcanists. She doesn't know that if she ate the wrong person, they might just cast fireball in her belly. Elysia thinks anyone who uses Arcana is a dragon, and so she stares wide-eyed at them and apologizes for thinking of eating them. She overall seems like a strange girl, but she's woefully innocent of how the world actually works.

Elysia is easily scared and cowed into submission. It's one thing that Ciara likes about her. Yelling at her usually gets her to stop, and she might cry too. But she is also the equivalent of a human 16-year-old. She is rebellious. Yell at her in the wrong way, at the wrong time, or the wrong place, and she'll yell back. She'll snap at the hand that feeds her, and it's hard to get her to back down. A lot of it is due to fear and hormones. Dragon hormones are much worse than human ones. Especially in females.

Character Background: Elysia was born many, many, many centuries ago. However, her time "alive" was not long, at least for an Elder Dragon. Elysia is the sole daughter and surviving relative of Vanus, the Everstorm. Vanus is regarded as the strongest Lightning-type Elder Dragon to exist. He was a monster in all things. He was described as having "wings formed of hurricanes, talons formed of lightning, scales formed of stormwalls, and a voice as terrifyingly beautiful as a thundersnow." Of course, things like that are exaggerated. Elysia was a daddy's girl, and she learned what she could from her father. He was the strongest to her, and that mattered most. She knew the Black Dragon was stronger, and Colrath was their god, but Vanus was a close third to Elysia. She learned many things about the world from him, all of which are now untrue due to the shift in powers over the years. Elysia and Vanus were going across the icy northlands back when it was still traversable. It came a blizzard high in the skies, and they were forced to continue on foot. Elysia made a wrong step, and she fell far beneath the ice. She did not fall into water, but instead into a series of chasms. Vanus tried for the rest of his life to find Elysia, and his bones are frozen within the Northlands. Elysia... she did eventually fall into water. Her heat disturbed the pool, and she soon froze. It was a quick enough freezing that she was preserved—and kept alive for all these years.

Lightning Field: Elysia surrounds herself in a softly-buzzing field of electricity. It acts like a plasma ball, and anyone who touches it will be shocked with the force of her breath attack. It lasts for thirty seconds, with a thirty second cooldown

Static Discharge: Only available in Dragon Form. Elysia's dragon form has four prongs that stick out from her back. From there, lighting will discharge randomly with one bolt per six seconds. She can instead focus all four and fire them in a single bolt, but that can only be done once per 30 seconds, and during which she doesn't have the random discharge.

Paralyzing Bite: Only Available in Dragon Form. Elysia's teeth are coated in electricity, and if enough of them bite down, she can paralyze someone temporarily.
