Description: These things are a parasite that take over a tree near the end of the tree's life. They get in, and remove the top of the tree to where it's only a stump. After that, the parasites grow and turn into a gel that covers the entire stump. It uses its roots to move around and to ensnare small animals. Although one hasn't been documented, there are stories of ones large enough to take small children.
