Desert Rose

Desert Rose is a guild for explorers. They are not a combat guild, although the ability to defend oneself is a great thing to have. Desert Rose was founded for those that wished to see the world for what it is and was. They are cartographers and ruin-divers, adventure seekers and archaeologists. All sorts of walks of life can be found in Desert Rose, but they all have one thing in common—a want to see and experience the world. Desert Rose only takes on jobs to find things and people, explore ruins and caverns, and other things of that nature. Desert Rose's guild hall is in Colburn, and they have a working relationship with the Department of Archaeology at Rydian.

• Desert Rose assists with Rydian's Winter Festival, as well as any festivities the Department of Archaeology puts on.
  
• March 13th of every year celebrates the founding of the guild.
  

• All members must wear the Desert Rose emblem, shown above.
  
• All knowledge seekers are allowed to join Desert Rose, but they must first pass a physical fitness test. After that is a mental test on geography.
  
• All members must abide by Arcadian Law, whether in or out of the country.
  
• Revealing sensitive information is grounds for expulsion.
  
• Harming your fellow guild members is ground for expulsion.
  
• You can only solo a mission with a rank lower than your own OR have the Guild Master's permission.
  

Guild Master: This is the current leader and usually the strongest member of Desert Rose.
Ranger: The Rangers are the top-class members of Desert Rose. They have proven themselves time and time again to get to where they are.
Scout: Scouts are the normal members, and they are further broken down into three sub-ranks, High Scout, Scout, and Low Scout. Most members are simply Scouts.
Trainee: These are the new guys who have only recently completed their entrance exams.
