Personality: First off, Ciara is not known as Ciara. It is her birth name and her actual name, but she goes by Kyra Kobayashi. No one knows her actual name and as long as things go the way she wants, no one ever will. Secondly, there are quite a few steps to explain this woman's personality. Firstly, she has her demeanor. This is her act. This is how she comes off to people and how they see her. It's the performance she puts on to fit in. Second is her true self. This is how she actually thinks, acts, and behaves, but only in front of certain people. Usually these people are those she's enslaved or know part of her actual plan. They've aligned themselves with her for some reason or really have no choice in the matter. Thirdly, there is her mindset. This is her motivation, her drive, her way of thinking, her logic, and anything else that shows you how twisted and/or kind this woman actually is.

Her demeanor is that of a scholar. To the people she interacts with outside of her plan, Kyra is a woman of wisdom and intelligence. She's someone you go to for advice, help in school, or to find out something you didn't know. She's sort of a walking encyclopedia with a dictionary or two thrown in. She reads, writes, and speaks Arcadian, Zakatian, Braukan, Cierian, and Auroran. She has even dabbled into Ancient Arcadian, but is no way near perfect. She seems to have every history memorized and is some how good with mathematics and strategy. She comes off as sweet. She's that teacher that every young boy imagines as their girlfriend. She carries herself in a manner that is cheerful. She has a bounce in her step and she talks like nothing in the world could ever bring her down. She always has a smile on her face and tries to keep other people happy as well. That is Kyra Kobayashi.

Her true self is Ciara Aldrana, though no one will know that name. When she is not putting on an act, Ciara's entire demeanor darkens. Her eyes become worn. It's obvious that she's seen a lot of pain in her lifetime. Her expression becomes hard and her stare colder. She has an aura about her that makes you feel like she could destroy you in any moment. This is possible. Ciara has been known to randomly striking down someone for reasons unknown. Even those that are loyal to her, she'll suddenly attack without hesitation or warning. Only one person knows the actual reason behind this. The fake reason is that she does it to keep people in line. The real reason is the fact that she sometimes has flashbacks from her past. Some of them are different, but the most common one causes her to attack any man with dark hair or colored eyes. It reminds her of men who harmed her.

Ciara's entire goal is to rid the humans and elves of any ability to access Arcana. She truly believes they do not deserve this power and that they have only gotten it by delving into places they are not worthy of. In her mind, humans that have not been chosen are not worthy. The only people that are worthy are dragon disciples because they have been chosen by the ultimate beings. She has come to worship Colrath, the God of Dragons, and even Endellion. Because of this, she'll protect any dragon she comes across, but she also knows that if one is weaker than her she has the right to command it. She has some dragons under her rule because of this too. None of them are extremely powerful, but they are around. Ciara dislikes humans and their arrogance, but she hates the man of that species. There are very few that she will tolerate and she usually makes men her slaves anyway.

Character Background:

"I'm tired of it... I can't... I can't do this anymore!" The rain fell down from a darkened sky, soaking everything below. The lightning struck, lighting up this perpetual darkness for only a moment. The thunder crashed moments later, the echoing boom resonating heavily through the already thick air. Beaten, bruised, bloodied, and broken... Ciara Aldrana lay helplessly on the ground, her body and inch deep in rain water that covered the green grass of the Fangwood Forest. She screamed into the night, her tears hidden by the rain that fell on her face. Ciara had broken ribs, a broken leg, a broken arm, a broken wrist, a black eye, a busted lip, and cuts and bruises all over her once flawless body. Apparently, this was her gift for turning eighteen. As she lay there bleeding, unable to move her body more than a couple inches at a time, she was unaware of the one observing her. Ciara blacked out.

The warmth of a calm fire is what woke Ciara from her many hour long slumber. Her eyes fluttered open and she glanced around. It did not take long to realize she was in a cave. She groaned in pain as she turned her head toward the fire. Her body felt heavy, but the pain seemed to be numbed. A man spoke out to her and aided her. He gave her food, treated her wounds, sheltered her, and soon this man became her teacher. After hearing her story, he decided she needed and deserved a power that he could grant: the ability to fight with the might of a dragon. For five years, Ciara stuck through this man's training. She was taught to fight, to wield magics, and her body altered to fit the ways of the dragon. She was also taught the histories of different Elder Dragons and their disciples. Ciara became fascinated with dragons and Elder Dragons, but her respect for them was much greater.

Training with her master was coming to end during the sixth year and Ciara had become a forced to be reckoned with. Fueled with the anger of her past, Ciara had mastered the ways of fire. Her body had perfected itself and she had become a strong worshiper of dragons and any dragon-kind. She had advanced beyond her masters expectations, but she didn't believed him. To prove it, he challenged her to a duel to the death. Ciara refused at first, but her pride as a Dragon Disciple, which is something he intentionally engraved into her, brought her into accepting his challenge. That fight lasted for hours. The two fought across forty miles of forest. The fire burned the land, scarring it years after. Finally, Ciara was able to strike him with a final blow and her master fell. He could not fight anymore, while Ciara stood strong. Exhausted, but the proof of her power was obvious. "Goodbye."

With her master gone and the rage still fueling her being, Ciara had a goal in mind. The stories of dragons that she had been told inspired her. They convinced her that dragons were meant to be the rulers of this planet and the one's they choose (dragon disciples) are the only ones allowed to dare stand next to them in power. Everyone else and everything else must bow down and worship the Elder Dragon in their might. The humans... The elves... Their arrogance would be the death of them. They did not deserve the power they commanded and Ciara would prove to them they were nothing but ants beneath the boots of dragons! To do this, Ciara needed resources, money, expendable humans/elves, and many materials. And since then, she began working on her plan to rid the world of Arcana and bring the dragons back to the top of the food chain, exactly where they deserve to be.

Draconic Abilities

Racial Abilities:

Humanoid Form Strength: +40 Also While In Human Form
Elemental Immunity: Elder Dragons with this Racial Ability are completely immune to their element.
Flight: All Elder Dragons can fly in their dragon form.
Roar: All Elder Dragons have a distinct roar, even available in their human form. This lets people know this is no normal dragon. It can be heard for 5 miles.
Transformation: Agility: -10, Durability: +40, Endurance: +20, Speed: +20, Strength: +40

Element: Fire
Elemental Abilities: Her eyes change to red when she starts using her magic.

Draconic Reservoir: This acts like a mana pool for Ciara. Each ability costs a certain amount of points. Her reservoir equals 20 + Endurance + Energy Control. (Will be put in Skill Sheet) Unless otherwise stated, each spell named below can only be done once per post.

Flame Arc: With a wave of her arm, a 30 foot arc of fire shoots forward toward her target and stops one hundred feet from her body. Can be done twice per post. (5)

Fireball: A ball of fire suddenly explodes in an area up to 400ft from her and expands out 40ft. (10)

Fire Breath: Releases a breath of fire that reaches up to 100 ft and in the shape of a cone. (10)

Fire Storm: Centered on her location, a burst of fire shoots out in small rapid (machine-gun) bullets of fire in a 100ft area. (15)

Explosive Runes: A rune is created on a sold object that Ciara touches. Moments later, the rune explodes and the fireball effect takes place. (15)

Scorching Ray: What looks like a condensed ray of light shoots out from Kyra's finger. The person it hits will burst into flame and catch on fire. Can shoot up to three rays in one post. (15)

Fire Snake: A slither of fire moves to wrap around a target, burning them for the entire time that the spell surrounds them. Fire feels solid, escape and dodge is possible. (15)

Wall Of Fire: A sudden burst of fire erupts out in the form of a 1ft thick wall to completely incinerate an attack. If someone is caught within the wall they burn. (20)

Fire Cloak: Fire erupts around Kyra. Anyone within 10 ft. upon first cast takes damage unless dodged. From then on, a cloak of fire surrounds her body and anyone who comes into contact with her burns from it. (5 per post that this ability is active)

Fire Force: A heavy burst of fire explodes outwards, pushing anyone within thirty feet back and keeps pressing against them until they reach 60 ft from her body. This acts as a barrier until everyone has made the distance from her and only does light damage. (10)

Combat

Arcane Manifestation Appearance: A red hilt Katana
Arcane Manifestation Abilities: This katana is so hot to the touch that it cuts through steel easily. It has no other abilities. The fire is so perfectly condensed that it looks like a normal sword, but it's easily to feel the heat radiating from the blade.

Skills:

Martial Artist: The ability this woman has with the martial arts is beyond anyone who has ever encountered her, including her Legendary Elder Dragon Master, so she's obviously extremely talented and skilled in this aspect.
Weaponry: She's extremely good with a sword, nothing more. She doesn't like using weapons, but isn't stupid enough to not know how. Another skill taught by her master over their years of training. If she's picked up a sword, she aims to kill you.
