Her wine-colored dress seemed to have been just as much of a victim as she herself was. What was once a flowing skirt was now nothing more than tatters and black frills. The bodice looked more like a nylon stocking that had been worn by a porcupine. Even the bosom hem was in bad shape. Thankfully, one side still support and the owl didn't get a nice look at her knockers. Her body had cuts and bruises, seemingly everywhere but her face. Even unconscious, her face seemed to be in pain.
Grant and Henry Ordeau were brothers. And by looking at their square faces, it was impossible to think otherwise. Both were criminals, well, ex-criminals. They had been convicted and served their time. They had even tried to go home, only to find that the town didn't want them back. Even their family had moved. No forwarding address was given to them. Pissed off, the two decided to try to head to big city. They might be able to get a job there working in a warehouse or something. Grant noticed the young girl first, and he stopped his brother. Grant shook her lightly, and she didn't stir. They looked at each other, looked around, then smiled.
The girl awoke to a strange pressure on her body. She was against a tree, her dress torn even more. A large hand was on her breast, and another was tearing away at her skirt. Her eyes widened, and so she screamed.
