Personality: Jasmine has spent a large part of her life inside a cave, but is a quick learner. She's not one of those people that take years to reintroduce them to society. She just needed a few lessons and was able to act semi-normal in public. She still has a few things she has to work on, but most of her behavior is pretty much normal. Jasmine really wants to be normal as well, which is why her current goal is to make a life for her somewhere, but she doesn't know where or how to start that.

Jasmine is a very girly woman. She loves wearing dresses, using makeup, wearing perfume, and keeping her hair well done. She watched her weight and takes good care of her physical appearance. She chooses her food carefully and doesn't drink or smoke. Jasmine is usually very conservative, preferring to wear things that cover her body, but certain aspects of her powers prevent her from doing that completely, which is something she hates, but can't do anything about.

Jasmine has come to fear dragons, even though she partly is one now. With the way they've treated and used her, she can't trust them anymore. She also can't tell whether one of them was sent after her or just so happened to be walking by. She's paranoid when it comes to being near dragons, so she avoids them. Jasmine also doesn't like caves and is a little scared of the dark. Jasmine does like swimming, shopping, sweets, and anything cute and cuddly. Reptiles and bugs are not cute and cuddly.

Since Jasmine has lived most of her life with dragons, she's not exactly the best mannered. She knows how to act in front of normal people, but does mess up sometimes. She'll accidentally eat with her hands or forget to wipe her mouth. She doesn't like being dirty, so she usually does remember these things, but it happens. Jasmine also doesn't like crowds. She prefers to be in small groups or with one other person. It's easier to get away if things go bad. And things often go bad for her.

Character Background: Jasmine was born in Osynius. Originally, her hair and eyes were brown, her hair dark brown. She was born in a small town that worshiped a dragon herd nearby. There were about ten dragons, all led by an Elder Dragon that prided himself in their worship. When Jasmine turned ten, she was handed over to the dragons as a favor to the dragon. Her village had fallen into a bad drought and crops were dying. The Elder Dragon, known as Tsunis, was going to use his minions to rain water over the village once Jasmine was handed over. Without hesitation and with her parents permission, Jasmine was handed over to Tsunis and the village was saved from the drought.

No one cared about what happened to Jasmine after that. They all assumed she was taken care of by Tsunis, and they were right. He did take care of her, but not in the way she would have liked. He fed her, sheltered her, and protected her from danger. He also kept her stuck in a cave until she turned sixteen, teaching her the histories of dragons and the different types. She learned legends of dragons around the world and had to memorize every one that Tsunis fought in the past. When she turned sixteen, she was finally allowed to leave the cave, but only to train as Tsunis' Dragon Disciple. He forced her to learn his ways and master the Draconic Arcana within her. Jasmine was miserable.

With no other choice in life, Jasmine adapted to her situation the best she could, but she was not a fighter. Her body was not meant to battle and her mind was not suited for it. She shook every time she held the sword, seeing no reason to fight the opponents that Tsunis put her up against. Time and time again, she lost and disappointed him. By the time she was twenty-one, he was giving up on her. She had learned what she needed to, but kept falling in battle. She had been beaten into submission multiple times in battle, so he thought her pathetic. One day, he finally became overwhelmed with anger over her failures and transformed into his humanoid form for the first time in decades.

Jasmine had never seen this side of Tsunis; he was always in his dragon form and never knew he had a human one. He taught her of dragons with human forms, but never admitted he had one. When he transformed, she was completely caught off guard. He forced her to fight him, but he knocked her weapon from her hands the first time he went in to strike. He realized he had surprised her enough and took advantage of the situation. In other words, he attempted to take advantage of her. He pinned her to the ground and admitted his original intentions for choosing her. When he was about to take her, she begged him not to and said, "But... You're like a Father to me. You can't be the one to do this."

Tsunis realized then that he had known her for so many years, taught her, and protected her. In her eyes, because of her young age, she was like his little girl. Though he did not see her like a daughter, he did love her. It was too bad that he didn't care. Having being worshiped for so long, he could do what he wanted. He went to take her, and for the first time Jasmine fought harder than she did before. She took on her Draconic transformation for the second time, the first being in training, and she tried to run away. His pack of dragons prevented her from doing so, so she fought through them, only to be defeated. She was turned back into her humanoid form and Tsunis forced himself on her.

Beaten and broken, Jasmine awoke the next day without a will of her own. Normally, an Osynian woman would have felt honored to be taken by an Elder Dragon. Jasmine had not learned this worship by the time she was sent to Tsunis. All she felt was the sting of a Father's betrayal. It continued for the next few months, until everything went black. Jasmine woke up miles away from what she called her home with no memories up until the first time Tsunis raped her. She could remember nothing of what went on, but knew something bad happened. Jasmine wandered around until she met another Elder Dragon that claimed to have been following her. This Elder apparently "smelled Tsunis" on her.

Jasmine was quickly taken in as a slave to this Dragon named Letos. For eight years, Letos kept her as a slave for himself. She was forced to work for and guard him. When Tsunis finally found out about this, he came to retrieve her. Tsunis and Letos fought among themselves for sixteen hours before Letos was defeated. By that time, Jasmine was long gone. She ran as far as she could, even swimming for miles down a river just so he would lose her scent. She kept to the river as well, swimming along it until she came to the ocean. She snuck onto a ship and road it all the way to wherever it was going to stop. The ship stopped in Bolfort, where Jasmine was quickly hated over the way she looked.

Draconic Abilities

Racial Ability: Full-Flight: Jasmine summons crystal wings that float behind her back and match those in her dragon form. They do not flap and give her the ability to fly up to double her speed.
Element: Crystal
Elemental Abilities: When Jasmine activates any of her crystal abilities, the colors of her hair and eyes become more apparent. She has an aura around her that changes colors as well.

Encasement: This ability surrounds Jasmine with two inches of very durable crystal. While she is within this crystal, she cannot fight or even move, but gains +150 to her durability score.

Combat

Arcane Manifestation Appearance:

Jasmine's Arcane manifestation comes in two forms. The first is shown in the first image below. It's the armor, shield, and sword she carries. The second is in the second image, which is the crystal horse.



Arcane Manifestation Abilities:

The Shield: The shield has the ability to take any Arcane attack, including solid items made from Arcana, and deflect it. It then sends the attack right back at the person it was fire from. If it's a solid Arcana, the item will be deflected backwards. If this is done, it is possible the weapon will be knocked out of the wielders hand, if the weapon was held at the point of impact of course.

The Sword: The sword covers the area it cuts with crystal. The crystal grows unless broken and has a durability of 75, so it's not easy to break. The crystal also grows an inch per round of posting, slowly covering the persons body with it. As the crystal grows, it is supposed to become harder for the victim to move since their body will be getting heavier and heavier as time moves on.

The Horse: The horse is a horse, but it has the ability to walk through the air, crystallizing Arcana beneath it's feet to create a temporary road. The road disappears a second after the horse passes over it. The horse is also able to run at four times Jasmine's Dragon Form speed.

Skills: Although skilled with her Arcana, it doesn't mean her fighting skills are up there. She's able to defend herself from mooks and easier targets, but can be destroyed if out numbered. She also can barely take on a dragon of her own level, especially if it's any good at fighting. Jasmines ability with a sword is basic and shows that she is obviously a beginner. She's not a fighter at all.
