Victoria motioned for one of her guards before Jaden spoke up. "Keep an eye on the cliffs. I'd... rather not risk it, not now." Jaden's speech made Victoria cross her arms. Oh, he knew? Bullshit. Bull-fucking-shit. He didn't know shit. "Vivianna doesn't get out much. I've tried to get her to be a bit more social, but it doesn't work. " Victoria raised a hand before either of them could speak up. "But I understand what you're getting at. How about... an offer then?" Victoria had a small smirk on her face. Julius recognized it as something dangerous. "You two will work here as guards. The long-haired one... Julius, I think, will help my sister out. Bear in mind... The ship you were on has already left, and you currently don't have a way of leaving." And that was when Victoria smiled. "And know... if you hurt my sister in any way or speak of anything you see here to anyone, I will kill you in a way that you will break and become nothing more than slag in a vaguely human form." Julius looked to Jaden with eyes of concern. "Jaden, not sure if we have a choice... But even then, I'd like to help her sister. It's up to you though. We are a group deal."

"An offer? I would like to hear it." Jaden nodded politely and listened to what was given. He raised an eyebrow and then looked to Julius. "No, we have a choice, but I know you want to help the girl and I know you can. Something tells me you'll be acting as her guard for a while, so just do what you do best." Jaden nodded and then looked back to Victoria, "Being who you are, Lady Bellante, I'm going to assume your threats to needlessly kill are because you wish to protect your sister. Since I've been in situations where I can relate, I will agree to your terms, but I would prefer it if you ceased the intimidation. Neither of us have plans or will ever plan to harm you or your sister. We're also quite experienced in keeping private matters where they belong, and the proof of this was shown when we met and did not immediately speak of your sisters attempt until we were away from nosy individuals. We are two that you can trust to do our jobs without the unnecessary threats. So, where do I sleep, since I assume you'll want Julius closer to your sister? We don't need her sneaking out at night."
