Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
"I'm sorry, Shin," Lydia thought to herself as the day grew darker. She seemed to be regaining stamina as the day grew to a close. After getting payment for her last job, Lydia was able to buy another week's worth of daytime exposure. She had not wanted to use a day so soon, but it was worth it as they didn't have to travel in the previous night's storm. Lydia sighed in relief as they neared a town's distant lights. Her feet were aching, but her clothes weren't drenched in sweat. A perk of vampirism, perhaps? "Finally!" Lydia pointed in excitement. Her body bounced a little too happily for that. "I'm close to passing out here, Shin. We should get a room in that town there." Lydia had come to really like her friend Shinpachi. He was the cutest big man she'd ever met. "You wouldn't carry me there, would you?" Lydia asked in an obviously teasing tone. Her feet wouldn't oppose it though.

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Energy, energy, energy! Shinpachi had it! He always had it! He wasn't in pain because he was used to traveling like this. Of course, if Lydia didn't wear high heels the entire time they traveled, she would probably be more comfortable. They weren't actually high heels; they were actually wedges, but he wouldn't know the difference! When she got excited about the town, he got just as excited and cheered as well. "Yay! Awesome! Let's g-..." Shinpachi was about to rush off when he realized she asked about being carried. He couldn't tell she was joking. He was a man and she was a woman. He couldn't tell that stuff! And if she needed that kind of help, that is what he was here for. Without any hesitation, Shinpachi picked his little lady up and carried her into the town. "So are you wanting to rest here or keep going? We usually travel at night, so I was surprised you wanted to travel during the day." Shinpachi had a big smile on his face. He was just naturally happy. He looked around the town, trying to find an inn as they walked. "This is a nice place... You been here before, maybe?" Shinpachi was a little hyper and he was talking quickly, so his "maybe" came out sounding like "baby."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
For the first time in a very long time, Lydia blushed. She didn't know how she blushed. But she did. Shinpachi had picked her up. Even though she had joked about it, he did it. Lydia's face shone with surprise then glee as she relaxed in Shinpachi's arms. She wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled. "Thank you." Lydia enjoyed her trip into town. "Let's rest here for the night..." Lydia thought about the next day. She quickly came up with a plan. Unfortunately, Shinpachi calling her 'baby' caused her to forget it and blush again. "I... Um... No, no I have not been here... I might have passed through, but I haven't stayed here...." The mis-heard 'baby' still rang in her head. "Okay, I have to ask—you just called me 'baby,' right?" There was a slight glimmer of hope in her eyes.

"You're welcome. If you're tired, don't be afraid to ask me, ya know? I'll carry you. I can't imagine that those shoes are that good while traveling. We should get you some boots. What do you think?" Shinpachi asked as he looked around. She wanted to stay here, so they needed somewhere to rest. Down the street, he caught sight of the first inn. It seemed to be a pub as well from what he could tell. "That's where we can st-... Wait what?" Shinpachi looked down to her confused, "I didn't call you that. It'd be a little weird calling you something like that, Lydia." Shinpachi laughed at it a bit. He didn't realize any sort of "special connection" between them yet and probably wouldn't have noticed if there was one. Was there one? Who knows! Not him. "There's the inn though. We can go ahead and rest up there. Hopefully your feet will stop hurting and we can continue on... Did you have another mission?"

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Hope=gone. Lydia's eyes lost their sparkle for a moment. "Oh, okay. Yeah, it would be silly, wouldn't it?" Lydia forced a fake giggle and smile. "You can let me down now. I can walk into the inn on my own." After being let down (in more ways than one), Lydia walked up and asked for a room for two nights. She held up a finger to silence any protests from Shinpachi, then dug into her cleavage to grab the coin pouch. "It hasn't touched anything scandalous, so don't worry." Lydia smiled and gave the man practically exact change for the room.
Lydia led Shinpachi to the room and immediately closed the door. "Before you ask why, I'm going to tell you why I chose to stay two nights. Tomorrow, you can do some shopping for us. Food, travel supplies, that sort of stuff. I'm going to need to rest my feet... If I give you my size, think you can pick me out some boots too? I think you were right about these shoes..." Lydia sat down on the bed, taking her shoes off. They were red and swollen. She practically moaned as her feet reached fresh air. It was quite relaxing. "Oh, your question from earlier... No, I don't have a mission right now... Sort-of. I'm to go to Amber Sky and pick up my mission. ...That's not too far of a trip for you, is it, Shin?"

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Shinpachi followed her lead. He let her down as she asked and stopped his incoming question the moment her finger came up. She always had a reason for the things she did and he trusted that. In the room, he was about to ask why she wanted two rooms, but she clarified before he even got the chance. It seemed that she had gotten to know him quite well. Though he trusted her fully, he always wanted confirmation for his own sake. Women were strange and often led him astray if he blindly followed. "Of course. Just write down everything you need and I'll make sure to get it." Shinpachi sat down on the floor and gently took hold of her feet. He noticed how swollen they were and didn't like it. This was probably why she wasn't offering to shop with him. He began massaging them for her, being gentle, but also pressing deep enough to relieve muscle tension. He was surprisingly good at this.
"Oh, so you're going to get a mission..." Shinpachi thought about it and shrugged, "I don't have anywhere else I want to be besides here, so the trip is no bother. We've helped a few people along the way, so as long as we can keep that up I have no problem with any of it. Do you know what type of mission it is? Will it be dangerous?" After a while, Shinpachi was finished with massaging her feet. If she had resisted, of course he would have stopped then, but not without questioning her reasoning. Once he finished, he stood up and went to the bathroom, grabbing one of the clothes provided and wiped his face down. "You think I should take a shower this time?" he asked. Shinpachi wasn't one to bathe every single day because of the amount of travel he did, but he always rinsed himself. When he asked about an actual shower, it meant he'd be washing quite a bit deeper than a rinse.

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Lydia let out more happy noises as Shinpachi surprised her yet again. She squirmed a little and giggled when Shinpachi's fingers touched the bottom of her feet. "You are trying to woo me, aren't you?" There was a hint of teasing in her voice, but it was mostly serious. Lydia's eyes were closed as she enjoyed every second of it. "I might continue to wear heels just so I get you to do this more often... You're fucking amazing at this." Lydia felt blissful and she almost ignored Shinpachi's question.
"Hm? Oh, no, I don't know... It might be dangerous, but I'm capable of defending myself. It's usually the getting out part that's always a problem." Lydia smiled down at him. When he stopped massaging her feet, she collapsed backwards onto the bed. "I have not had a foot massage in years, and that blew all of the previous ones out of the water. If you ever settle down somewhere, open up a massage parlor. You will make yourself a very rich man." Lydia sat up, crossing her legs as they talked a bit more. "Taking a shower will probably be a good idea." Then, it hit her. She felt the start of a tingle, but it quickly turned into something far more ravenous. She wanted blood. "Why don't you go ahead and take one...? That way we can get both of our showers out of the way and just relax for the rest of the night."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Shinpachi's eyes shifted upward toward her when she asked her wooing question. He did not answer, only smiled. "I'm glad you're enjoying it. I am hoping it makes you feel better, though I would not suggest continuing to put yourself through pain just to get a foot massage. Just ask, I'll do it if I can. Sometimes I might be too tired or something, but I'll try..." Shinpachi nodded, his smile sticking. His smile faded when she talked about the mission, "If you need help getting out, I'll be nearby." Shinpachi had shown many times that he was quite protective of her. She was the only friend he ever really traveled with and did not want to lose her. If she ever asked him about it before, he had actually explained it quite bluntly. He would not sit back and allow her to be hurt... not by anyone.
Shinpachi smiled even wider when he realized how much she enjoyed it. "I might do that, but I only learned feet, not legs or backs. Who knows? Might be a good job for me." Shinpachi dropped the wet cloth once she said to take a shower. "Alright!" he cheered and stepped out of the bathroom. Without thinking, and almost excited to be able to shower, he removed his shirt on the way to his pack. He pulled out a change of the clothes and then headed back into the bathroom. "I'll be out as soon as I can and will use cold water so you can have the warm." he said. She wouldn't be able to argue that. He would just make sure she got the warm water. Within a minute, he was in the shower cleaning himself off. He didn't have the water too cold, so he wouldn't get sick, but he did as he said.

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Lydia wouldn't ask him all the time for one, so he didn't have to worry about that. She also hadn't asked him why he seemed so protective. She had her own thought on that. He was just a nice guy. "I'm definitely going to get you to learn how to do backs. No questions, buts, or anything. It's going to happen." She was half-teasing. If he really didn't want to, she'd reliquinsh the thought. But if he didn't mind, he was going to learn those skills. "Normally, I would argue that... but tonight, you have me in need of a cold shower." Lydia winked and shut the bathroom door on him.
As soon as she heard the water running, Lydia's eyes finally turned red. She had been keeping it at bay, but the headache was too much. She panted as her canines slowly extended more than normal. Using the window, Lydia slipped outside and ran for the outskirts of town. There, she waited. Something Shinpachi might not have noticed would have been that they always traveled on a major road—one that got both day and night traffic. She saw her target. A young woman with a large backpack. She was seemingly healthy, and Lydia couldn't wait any longer. She pounched from the shadows towards the young woman...

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Shinpachi had started humming in the shower. It was something he did only when he was happy enough. He got himself nice and clean. He stepped out of the semi-warm water and dried himself off. He got dressed and stepped out of the bathroom. "Alright, it's your turn. Kept the water warm for you still." Shinpachi said as he looked around. He noticed she wasn't there and immediately got worried. Did she leave? Why didn't she say anything? Did someone take her away!? He noticed the open window and began worrying more. He kept a semi-straight face by clenching his jaw and having the most horrified look in his eyes. He jumped out the window, taking the hotel key with him, and then began looking around, desperately trying to find her. "Lydia!" he called, catching the townspeople's attention.
After a while, someone came up to him and told him he saw the woman he arrived with running out of town. This made things worse. So no one took her? Did she just leave him behind? Was this another friend he had annoyed until they left him? He didn't believe it. He didn't want to. He ran out of the town and began walking along the main road. He kept an eye out for other people he could ask. It was night, so it was more difficult to see. Luckily her hair often glistened in the moonlight, a trait he loved about her. Shinpachi was so worried at this point, it wouldn't have shocked him if he ended up letting out a few tears. He was a man though, so he couldn't! Strong men don't cry! He refused! It was then that he caught a glimpse of her hair and hurried forward to see her charging at some girl. "Lydia?" a confused Shinpachi just stood there and watched with his head tilted... What the hell was she doing?

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Lydia was dry as a bone. She had been going on fumes and the occasional lick off of any small cuts Shinpachi had. His blood was not to her liking, but frankly, no blood was. Lydia had very mixed feelings on what she was. And having to drink the blood of others was the worst part of this. Lydia was about to pounce on the woman and whisper "I'm sorry, please forgive me" to her when Shinpachi's voice broke the night time silence. Lydia froze mid-stride. Her body quivered. The young woman screamed and ran off, leaving Lydia dry and with only one person nearby. She couldn't control her body as her feet settled on the ground and turned towards Shinpachi. In the full moon, Lydia's eyes were red. And she was crying. "Shin... run." Lydia took a few steps towards him, her voice and breath rasping like a man lost in the desert. "Run, Shin... Please... just... get... away from me...." And as she charged at Shinpachi, Lydia cried. Her arms raised to grab him, to pull him close so she could drink some of his blood. Her nails were like iron and her grip like a vice. It would take someone seriously strong to break away from this woman.

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Shinpachi stared horrified at his friend. She stopped her attack, but why was she doing it in the first place?! The woman ran away and Lydia turned to Shinpachi. He took step forward. "Shin... run." He stopped in his tracks and stared in disbelief at Lydia. "Lydia... Wha-... I don't understand..." "Run, Shin... Please... just... get... away from me...." Shinpachi shook his head. "I can't... just... leave you... Lydia... What's going on?" Shinpachi was about to take another step forward when Lydia suddenly charged. His eyes widened and what was once a forward step turned into a backwards one. He backed away from her, but she was quicker than he thought. She grabbed onto him and Shinpachi felt her strength for the first time. He was pushed and he fell onto his back. "L-Lydia?!" he exclaimed fearfully.
Shinpachi didn't know what to do. He was confused and frightened of her all at once. How was she so fast? How was she so strong? He knew he could fight her, but to use his full strength against her? It felt wrong. He cared for this woman, but he wasn't sure he knew her anymore. His hesitation cost him. He felt something stab into the skin along his neck, piercing his flesh and causing him to bleed. The blood didn't drip. She was drinking it. "L-L-Lydia! Wh-Wh-What are you... What are you doing?" he asked desperately, but she kept going. Shinpachi's first instinct was to struggle and fight. He wanted to defend himself, but this was Lydia! This is the woman that always smiled at him and made him feel happy. He couldn't hurt her! He found himself just holding her tightly. "P-Please stop." he begged her.

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Lydia's eyes were now doubly red. She couldn't stop crying, but she couldn't stop the hunger either. For once, Lydia didn't do her ritual as she bit into Shinpachi's neck. The first bite into someone was always, always the sweetest. The terror tasted sweet as she lapped at his neck. Her body warmed and squirmed in Shinpachi's arms. She couldn't help but rub herself against the man as she got her fill. The emptiness filled inside of her. The reserves of power she kept at a minimum filled slightly and she soon regained enough sense to stop. As soon as she could, Lydia broke free from Shinpachi.
Horror, anger, regret, and despair rose up in her now-blue eyes. Tears continued to fall down, though they did so with much more vigor now. Lydia stood, her body shaking. She didn't care to retract her fangs. Not now. "I'm... so sorry, Shin..." She shook her head and turned to run away from him. She was afraid of what he might say or do—as well as what she might say or do.

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Shinpachi's entire body tensed when he felt her rubbing against him. Certain parts of him might have flared up if it weren't for the blood being drained in the opposite direction. When she finally broke free, Shinpachi's arms fell to the side. He stared at her for a moment and then placed his hand over where she bit. He was so confused. he laid there, watching her cry. He didn't know what to say when she apologized only because of how surprised he was. She turned to run and Shinpachi sat in hesitation for just a moment. "LYDIA!" he stood up and chased after her, "LYDIA PLEASE! STOP RUNNING!" Shinpachi was having a hard time keeping up. He had just had a good portion of his blood drained, so he couldn't move like normal. "D-Don't... Don't leave me... PLEASE DON'T LEAVE!" He forced out a shout and fell to his knees. He stood on all fours, staring at the ground and catching his breath, "Don't leave me..."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Lydia wanted to continue running. She wanted to. Her feet ached for her to. Her legs tried to lurch forward. But her heart, as cold and as dead as it was... didn't budge. She turned around, tears still streaming down her face. She wanted to turn away, leave him and never have to remember him again. But she couldn't. That dumb smile of his would haunt her. Before Shinpachi could see her move, she was heaving him onto her shoulders like a potato sack. She sat him against a tree deeper in the small woods. She sat, facing away from him on a stump. They sat in silence for a few minutes before Lydia broke it."Why..." Her voice was still stained with tears. "Why would you still want me around? You saw what I did. ...what I do," disgust rose in her throat. "I'm a fucking monster. No one in their right mind would have me around..." Lydia turned around sharply, facing him with tears streaming down her face, "SO WHY DO YOU WANT ME TO STAY?!"

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Shinpachi was once again shocked by her strength. How could someone so tiny and that seemed so fragile be this powerful? It was odd to him. He rested for a few moments, looking at her while she had her back turned to him. She spoke up and he couldn't immediately answer. He began moving, crawling over to her side. He felt weakened still, but he could do this for her. She went on, talking badly about herself. He came up behind her and as she turned to him, he was a mere six inches from her face and was still smiling. "Because I like you, Lydia." he said sincerely, "Remember what I told you before? I don't like bad people and they are rare. I don't think what you do is by choice. You're cursed, right? Something else makes you do it? If that's the case, then it's not your fault. You cry about it..." Shinpachi brought his hand to her cheek and wiped the tear. She face was soft, specially compared to his rough hands. "This tells me that you don't like it... However, I do have some questions... Do you know exactly what it is? Can it be changed? And how come you didn't tell me about this before? You don't have to keep things from me, especially something as important as this. Be honest with me."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Lydia stared in absolute shock. He was this close to her, despite what she just did. He was trusting her that much. What a fool. What an imbecile. "What a sweetheart..." Lydia mumbled to herself. "Be honest with m—" Shinpachi didn't get to finish his sentence as Lydia thrust herself onto him. It wasn't like before. She went for his lips, not his neck. She held him in a kiss. No, it was a release. Of every bit of pent up regret and anger she had. She brought it out on Shinpachi's lips. She made sure he felt it and couldn't get away. Once she had finished, she kissed him on his cheek before pulling away and sitting down.
Her eyes were blue save for the bloodshot remnants of her crying. "You.. You are the kindest man I have known, Shinpachi. I have felt this connection only once, and that was... a long, long time ago... To answer your questions... I don't know what it is exactly. I have heard of others like me, but they haven't put a name to it yet... nor have I met any of them. I'm different from you in... a lot of ways. For one... I'm actually..." Lydia looked like she was hard-at-work thinking. "Seventy... two years old. This is exactly how I looked when I was 'turned.' My... husband was also like me and when he bit me, he turned me into one of these things... When I bit my first person, it was almost instinct that told me that I had the ability to choose to turn someone or not... and I have not subjected anyone else to this life."
"But back to what I was saying... I can't eat normal food. It tastes like sand or ash... So I have to live on... blood. I know animal blood just makes me sick, so it has to be human. I've tried breaking into blood banks, but those places are excruciatingly guarded. And there's also the fact that my heart doesn't beat. I keep my body warm by sticking close to fires or bathing in the sun when I can... since I normally can't go out in the sun." Lydia brought one of Shinpachi's fingers to her face and rubbed it hard against her cheek. It came back with a pale powder. "That stuff is the only thing that allow me to go out into the sunlight... If I don't have it on, I boil and burn. It's not pretty."
Lydia crossed her legs and thought some more. "And as far as I know, I can't be changed back. So... I'm kinda stuck." Lydia seemed really sad, then perked up. "OH! There is one thing, and you're the only person to know about this..." And in a blur of shadow, Lydia... was now a black cat. She meowed once, then leaped from the stump and onto Shinpachi's shirt before climbing onto his shoulder. "I don't get to do this often. I usually only feed enough to keep me from going crazy like I did earlier... But I kinda drank more than that tonight, so I can transform—only into this though." She brushed her cheek against Shinpachi's.

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
That kiss was not something Shinpachi would have ever expected. The moment their lips pressed together, his eyes were wide, his heart was racing, and he held his breath. He had no idea how to react. As she continued the kiss, he tried moving with her, matching what she did. He had never kissed a woman, so this was a shocker and a very new experience. He couldn't help but get into the motion with her though. He found himself kissing her back with as much passion as she seemed to put into it. When the kiss broke, he slowly let out his breath and did his best to calm down. His heart would not stop racing. He stared at her in shock, eyes wide and he stayed quiet. She began answering his questions one by one, explaining what she understood of herself and finally being completely honest with him. The make-up was surprising and rather fascinating. He smiled again, her face shaded in red as he tried to reply. His voice squeaked the first time, but he cleared his throat to talk.
Well, he was about to speak up when she cheered up and turned into a cat. Shinpachi watched her as she hopped into his lap and blinked a few times. "I'm surprised the fur is black... With how pretty your white hair is, I guess I would have thought it'd be the same color." Shinpachi said and picked her up, cradling her in his arms, "You're just as cute in this form as you are beautiful in your normal look!" Shinpachi kept up a big smile and gently pet her head a few times. His smile faded after a moment and he set her down. "I am surprised by your age... You don't get older? That's lucky. Lydia..." Shinpachi sighed and smiled weakly down at her, "If you need blood to survive, just take it from me. I really don't mind. Sure, I might be a bit weak afterwards, so it might be best if you brought it up while we're in a town, but don't ever allow yourself to get to that point again." His voice became very stern and deepened as he spoke, "Never again, Lydia. I want you to promise me that."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
"Ugh, I know, right?! But no, they had to go with a black cat." She was mentally crossing her arms. It didn't look as meaningful as a cat, Lydia thought. Lydia turned back into her human form the moment Shinpachi set her down. "I don't get older... and I don't know if I'll ever die. It's... scary thinking about it like that. I actually don't even need to breathe, so if the world explodes, I might just be able to live out in the stars until I run out of blood. It's terrifying to think of it like that." Lydia curled up. "But I guess I'll always look beautiful." She winked at Shinpachi before her expression turned sad again.
Lydia was both surprised and not surprised by Shinpachi's offer. No one in their right mind would do that, but Lydia learned something about Shinpachi today. Well, it was confirmed. Shinpachi wasn't in his right mind. Her eyes met his. She returned his stern voice with a determined stare. "If you will do that for me, then I won't have a need to. In all honesty, I might just take a little from you every day. That way, I don't risk going on a frenzy like that..." Lydia shivered. "I physically could not control my body. It was all protective... instinct that moved me. It told me to 'feed,' to survive..." She shook her head, then went quiet again.
"There's something else, Shinpachi. I'm... not a normal person doing odd-jobs. I'm part of the same organization as our friend Lysander. I'm... a member of the Black Cross. And I do... jobs that a lot of them don't like to do, mainly because they'd take too long. I kill people, mainly. Corrupt politicians, abusive ex-husbands, people like that... No one with a semblance of good left in them, or at least the dark part of them has far eclipsed what was once good... I end up entering a fake relationship with them, enduring whatever happens... and the night we have sex, I enjoy myself... then kill them. I drain every drop of blood from their body, then disappear. That's what happened the first night I met you. I botched my escape, and... well... you know the rest." Lydia looked at him with sad eyes. "I told you I was a bad person, way back when. But... I try to make sure that I do good in every deed I do."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Lydia's reality was horrible in Shinpachi's mind. To be stuck in a place like that had to be terrifying. Unfortunately he could relate to a degree. That was something he hadn't told her about yet. When he got the chance, he would tell her his story. "Even with age, I doubt you'd ever not be beautiful." he said with a huge smile, his mood perking up a bit. He was glad that she agreed to his offer. If she hadn't, he would have had to question her a bit more. He was willing, others were not. There was quite the solid line there. And then she went on with something extra. He had suspicions on where she was getting her jobs from. He had no problem with the Black Cross in most aspects and she took on very particular jobs. When she explained a certain type of job, Shinpachi looked away in annoyance.
Did she have to go there? What was the point? "I still think you're a good person, but you don't need to go around enjoying the men you're going to kill. That's weird. That I don't like." he sounded irritated, but the amount of jealousy there was obvious, "You choose good jobs if you're taking out bad people, so that makes you a good person, but the other stuff isn't needed. Ever... I don't like it."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Honestly, Shinpachi was right. It was weird. But she was weird. Her entire being was weird. She raised an eyebrow. "Shin, a woman has needs, and with my situation, I can't exactly get into a committed relationship with just anyone." But before he could speak up, an idea popped into her head. She smiled wickedly. "So... how about this?" Lydia leaned forward and put a finger underneath his chin, pulling his view towards her. She was leaning over, her cleavage showing quite decently. "You take care of those needs for me too, and I won't have to do that with other guys. Besides, I'd rather not just have mindless sex for once."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Before he could speak up about whatever those needs were, she stopped him. She came close. He fought the urge to back away from her. It wasn't out of fear, but nervousness. She was a woman who was way more experienced in this and he had a hard time fighting against that. She offered him something that caused his head to tilt. "Lydia... Um..." he scooted forward and leaned in, "Did you just offer to have sex with me? Or me to do that with you and... Well, um... Are you sure you want that? I mean, I don't know how to... And where to... And what to..." Shinpachi's eyes focused in on her bust for a few moments before he tore himself away. He tried calming down, staying silent for a while. He sighed after a moment and then looked back to her. "Lydia... I like you, a lot. I care about you a lot. You're fun and always nice to me, even if you always make my face red. You're also very beautiful." Shinpachi said sincerely, his cheeks flushed in red, "If you want me to do that for you too, then I will, especially if you promise that I will be the only one. You will be my first, so... I hope I do okay."

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
Lydia raised an eyebrow and let him sit in his silence. He was just as cute as ever. Lydia stood, then sat on Shinpachi's lap. Yep, she was being that bitch. "I'm this close to you so you can see how serious I am when I say this." Lydia's eyes were not seductive, but fierce. "I did just offer for you to have sex with me. Not now, as I really, really prefer it in a bed. But..." Lydia wrapped her arms around Shinpachi's neck. "Shin, although I am surprised, I understand the importance of your first time. I've got more experience than you, but don't let that intimidate you. I'll tell you what to do and guide you through it."
"Once you get the hang of it, it's really, really simple. And Shin... I promise that you'll be the only one. This will sound... so bad, but I hope you'll be the last person I have sex with." Lydia kissed Shinpachi's cheek. "Because I care about you a lot too. Even my husband... who died, long, long ago... never showed so much compassion as you do. I have never met someone so... so pure and nice and sweet. I was joking when I asked for you to carry me, and you still did it. You massaged my feet without me asking. I can't remember the last time someone was this nice to me, Shin." A thought occurred in Lydia's mind. "You know... I just realized... with this, I guess that means we're dating, huh?" Lydia smiled a toothy smile, her fangs showing in the moonlight. "You're the first boyfriend I've had in half a century!"

Re: Full Moon Frenzy [Closed]
When she came into his lap, he was surprisingly relaxed. His expression was more curious than anything. He placed an arm behind her and another over her legs. He watched her closely as she explained things to him. "As long as you'll help me..." he said nervously. He closed his eyes at the moment of her kiss on his cheek and then opened them to look directly into her eyes as she went on. Shinpachi was content right now. He wasn't being his goofy self. He was serious and thinking quite deeply about her words. She would be his first and he would be her last. He liked the sound of that. The curiosity in his eyes softened when she said they were dating. That was a question he needed answered. She would be his first girlfriend in this century too! Only because he had never had one before. In fact, Shinpachi never thought he would have a girlfriend. It was kind of depressing.
"I never thought any woman would ever like me, actually..." Shinpachi stared ahead at the ground as he spoke, "I thought there was something wrong with me, so I didn't try. So if we're dating, that means I need to do all the things a boyfriend would do...." Shinpachi stood up with her on his lap. His arms swooped under her and he carried her bridal style. "Like carry you back to the hotel since it's dark and I don't trust any one else out here." Shinpachi's smile returned and he began carrying her back. There was a stronger sense of pride about how he carried himself. He was joyful, but the pride shined quite brightly. In his mind, he had the most beautiful girlfriend on the planet. No one could argue!
