There were times that one needed to, as they would say, get away from it all. For once, she was a bit sick of her job and of her home in Cieria. As a result, Solas had decided that she wanted to take a trip--a trip to a place that she felt would be wonderful and relaxing for her. As she stepped down off of the ferry, she looked to her side to see a couple preparing to board it. They were rather quaint--one had striking white hair, while the other had pretty much no shirt on, strange tattoos and very blue hair. She blinked and tilted her head at them, but decided to keep quiet and instead continue on. She had only just arrived in White Water, but this was not where she wanted to end up. A decently-long train trip had her arriving where she wanted to be--Varedia. Leaving the train station behind her, Solas Kearney yawned and stretched, looking around and wondering exactly where she was going to go first. The newly-named Noble had been given a sizeable amount of funds, and decided that it was time that she went on holiday. While, sure, looking for criminals and destroying brothels was a decent pastime, she needed a break every so often. As a result, she'd taken the trip over here to Arcadia in order to rest and relax in this holiday town. She didn't really expect much else from it, simply wanting to have some time to herself.
As she wandered down the street, pink hair flowing out behind her, she noticed a few things here and there--one or two crimes beginning to happen, those kinds of things. Normally, she would be onto them as quickly as she could, though this time she decided to let them slide. Sure, it was her job. But this wasn't her jurisdiction, nor was she actually on the job. Therefore, as much as her body was telling her to tackle down the sonuvabitch holding up the woman for her purse, or the man preparing to stab another in the back? She just wasn't going to. She needed to relax.
After about ten minutes of walking, she found the hotel she'd booked a room for and got herself set up, leaving behind her week's worth of clothing and the like and walking out into the streets to find something to do. A person, a thing, anything--she just wanted to enjoy herself, she didn't mind how it went. She even considered finding something to keep her entertained for the night--though that would be subject to thought as well. For now, she simply wanted to find something.
